Mailbutler’s new pricing structure: More features, same price

    I’m writing to you today with exciting news about some upcoming changes to Mailbutler’s pricing structure.

    We believe that the best products are not only crafted with precision, but are also priced in a way that is fair, transparent, and easy to understand. Over the past few months, we've been working on an updated pricing structure that is not only more intuitive and user-friendly, but also opens up more features to more users.

    Before we dive into the exciting changes and improvements we've made, I want to share some particularly good news with you - we haven't increased our prices! We're committed to providing you with incredible value while keeping costs stable. Now, let's get into the details of what's new and why we've made these changes!

    From Professional+ to Smart plan

    Let’s start with a name change. In line with our commitment to providing intelligent features that work for you, we're renaming the Professional+ plan to the Smart plan. This change reflects our focus on intelligent features that do the work for you, making your life easier.

    Clearer access to the Signatures feature

    We've been listening to your concerns, and we understand that our previous decision to split our Signatures feature between two plans (Professional and Professional+) led to some confusion among our user base.

    Starting June 27, 2023, we're eliminating any confusion by granting full access to the complete Signatures feature to a broader range of our Mailbutler users. We're excited to announce that the options to further customize your signatures will now be included in the Professional plan.

    What does this mean for you? Simply put, if you're a user on the Professional, Smart, or Business plan, you'll have complete access to all Signatures sub-features.

    Introducing the Smart Assistant to the Smart Plan

    As part of our ongoing mission to add more value to your Mailbutler experience, we have some exciting news to share: Our new AI-powered Smart Assistant feature, which is still in Early Access, will be fully released on June 27, 2023!

    During the Early Access phase, all users have unlimited access to the full range of Smart Assistant features. Your feedback during this testing period has been invaluable, and we're thrilled with the insights we've gained. After much deliberation, we've decided that the Smart Assistant, with its intelligent capabilities, is a perfect fit for our newly-renamed Smart plan.

    On June 27, we’ll officially add the Smart Assistant to the Smart plan at no additional cost to you.

    Do note that only Smart and Business plan users will have access to the Smart Assistant. So, if you've grown fond of this feature during the Early Access phase and want to keep it in your inbox, make sure you're subscribed to either the Smart or Business plan.

    Fostering customer relationships with the Contacts feature

    Building and maintaining customer relationships is vital to every professional's success. Therefore, we're always on the lookout for ways to make relationship management tools more accessible to a wider range of users.

    Until now, our Contacts feature has been exclusive to our premium Business plan. But we're excited to announce that we're breaking down those barriers! Yes, you read that right. We're opening up the Contacts feature to our Professional and Smart plan users as well, starting June 27, 2023.

    Mailbutler’s Contacts feature is more than just an address book. It's a powerful tool that can improve your customer relationships right within your inbox. You can create tasks and notes for your contacts while messaging them, ensuring you never miss a beat, and you can also add and update contact details right from your inbox, helping you to easily keep your contacts' information up to date.

    But that's not all. The Contacts feature also gives you insightful data about your message history with a specific contact and when it’s best to reach that person. You can even see if someone from your team has already been in contact with them, helping you coordinate your communication efforts effectively.

    In a nutshell, we're putting a user-friendly CRM tool right at your fingertips, all without needing to leave your inbox. We can't wait to see how you'll leverage this feature to build stronger, more effective connections with your clients.

    A change to Task Automation

    In our continuous commitment to refining our services, we make strategic decisions about feature placements, always with an eye to enhancing user experience. One such decision we've made recently relates to the Task Automation feature, a tool that automatically updates tasks based on recipient behavior.

    We've decided to move Task Automation from the Professional plan to our newly rebranded Smart plan. This move is borne out of a thoughtful understanding of the nature of this feature - it automates processes, aligning it perfectly with the functionality of our Smart plan, which is designed to make your workflow more efficient with intelligent, automated features.

    We fully acknowledge that some of our Professional plan users have come to rely heavily on Task Automation. We want to assure you that your needs and workflows have been at the forefront of our considerations during this transition.

    Over the next few weeks, we will be reaching out individually to those of you who have extensively used Task Automation in the past. Our primary goal is to collaborate with you, understand your unique needs, and work together to find a tailored solution that ensures your workflow remains as efficient and effective as ever.

    1. I stopped using MailButler some months ago, because it was messing up other apps. And I could find no way to contact you for assistance.
      Since I’m probably still paying for it – I’d be happy to be in touch to remedy the problems. I did enjoy some of its benefits.
