For any new users just coming across Mailbutler, you might not know immediately what’s so great about our service or even feel you can trust us.

Well, we’re determined to change that! In this blog post we’ve collated some testimonials from professionals who use Mailbutler and have something good to say about it, from CEOs to consultants to productivity experts.

Read on to see what our users have been saying about us.

Hollie Barac, accountability and productivity partner

Mailbutler is an absolute gem, and has supported my business wonderfully in the short time I’ve been using it. To me, inboxes are akin to black holes: once you get in there, it’s impossible to get out.

Mailbutler allows me to gloss over my inbox and know which emails need actioning, what’s still waiting to be opened by the recipient, and so much more.

Without a doubt, I recommend Mailbutler. It’s revolutionized my inbox.

From an aesthetic view, I love the customizable, clickable email signatures.

I’d been looking for an email signature app that would do this so when I found Mailbutler, I knew I couldn’t pass it up.

Another feature that I love is the ability to schedule follow-ups on the email itself.

I don’t have to jump into my calendar and put in a reminder, all I have to do is open the Mailbutler sidebar when I’m in the corresponding email, and click When to follow up? It’s that simple.

No more flicking between tabs or picking up my phone and keying stuff in. It’s all right there in my inbox.

I also love the ability to add notes and tasks (with deadlines/reminders).

And honestly, I can’t pick just one feature that I love most! I love them all equally.

Mailbutler has already saved so much time in my business, and given me the confidence to finally finishing setting up my email folders in Google Workspace.

    Thanks, Mailbutler!

I used to have the “I didn’t get the email” text messages or I would forget to follow up. Once I started using Mailbutler I realized how much of a lifesaver it was and I’m excited that I took the plunge and invested in myself and my business.

One of the best tools in my business; no doubt!

I can place reminders on messages for follow-up and create my own reminder times, I see when emails are read and I make a note to reach out to them if no response in 2 days.

I love the ease of integrating it with my Apple Mail. Not too many tools are able to have smooth integration like Mailbutler and I thank you for that. I can focus my energy on serving my clients instead of email tracking.

I love the fact that Mailbutler integrates with so many platforms. So, whatever app you use to stay productive and organized, you can easily add Mailbutler to your workflows.

I also appreciate the „Notes and Tasks“ feature. For me, email is a task management system and Mailbutler would only make it more efficient.

The reminders allow you to stay on top of things without stressing out about last-minute obligations.

I’ve been a fan of Inbox Zero for many years. With Mailbutler, I can see how getting to zero emails in my inbox is an easier target to hit.

Also, the customizable signature option is a nice plus.

We only have a few seconds to make a good first impression, and a great email signature can make that impression last. Finally, the templates can save so much time!

I could go on about the awesome features Mailbutler offers. You’ve built a remarkable platform!
